A Settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit filed against Elyria Foundry Holdings, LLC (the “Defendant” or “Elyria”) regarding the recent data security incident and data breach compromising the personally identifiable information (“PII”) of Elyria’s current and former employees (and their spouses and dependents).

You are a Settlement Class member if you are a resident of the United States whose Personal Information was compromised in the Data Security Incident discovered by Elyria in June 2024, including those individuals who received notice of the breach.

What Are My Options?

Submit a Claim Form

— Deadline: January 27, 2026

You must submit a valid Claim to receive benefits from this Settlement.
Claim Forms must be submitted online by January 27, 2026, or, if mailed, postmarked no later than January 27, 2026.

Exclude Yourself

— Deadline: December 29, 2025

This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to sue about the claims in this Lawsuit. You will not get any monetary benefit or credit monitoring from the Settlement.
Your request to exclude yourself must be postmarked no later than December 29, 2025.

Object

— Deadline: December 29, 2025

Stay in the Settlement but tell the Court why you think the Settlement should not be approved. Objections must be postmarked no later than December 29, 2025.

Do Nothing

If you do nothing, you remain in the Settlement.
You give up your rights to sue and you will not get any money. You will still be able to enroll in credit monitoring using the enrollment link and code contained within the notice mailed to you.
